Power to the Youth!
Ocean Heroes Network, a partnership of Captain Planet Foundation and Lonely Whale, are inviting youth ages 11-18 living in the Caribbean nations and territories to apply for our first ever Ocean Heroes regional Bootcamp for the Caribbean! This free event will be held virtually on December 6 and December 11-13, 2020. Young heroes will have the opportunity to meet youth from across the Caribbean to explore and discuss pressures and challenges facing health of the Caribbean Sea and our shared ocean – those unique to island nations and territories, and those shared. Then they will have the opportunity to join forces with other youth across the Caribbean to develop campaigns or action plans to tackle these very challenges and problems they have identified.
