“Save Everything.” An audacious goal to match the audacity of the man behind it – Ted Turner. Among all of his other forward-thinking, push-the-envelope ideas that have changed the world, in 1989, Ted Turner challenged one of his equally bold producers, Barbara Pyle, to create a superhero for the planet, a character that would become recognized globally as Captain Planet. Almost thirty years later, the Captain Planet Foundation is humbled and honored to continue advancing the legacy of Ted Turner and Captain Planet & the Planeteers by engaging and empowering young people to become problem solvers for the planet. We encourage everyone who believes in taking bold action for the future of the planet to tune into CNN this weekend to celebrate the accomplishments of the real life Captain Planet.

Premiere Dates and Times (Eastern)*
Fri, 9/27 – 7am on CNN International
Sat, 9/28 – 3pm on CNN International
Sat, 9/28 – 9pm on CNN U.S.
