Captain Planet Foundation and The Nature Conservancy are excited to offer a unique school garden program to middle schools in Atlanta Public Schools and DeKalb County Public Schools! The Nature Works Everywhere Gardens will give ten lucky recipient middle schools the training and resources necessary to use their school garden as a learning laboratory.
With generous support from CSX Transportation this program includes: installation of a garden (or renovation of existing garden), curriculum aligned to national standards, curriculum lesson supplies, a mobile cooking cart, summer garden management, professional development and more.
