Ingredients
1/2 whole wheat english muffin
2 tablespoons no added sodium tomato sauce
2 tablespoons part skim mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
2 teaspoons tomatoes from the garden, diced

Skillet
Burner
Knives or cutters
Cutting boards
Preparation
- Spread tomato sauce over top of muffin.
- Top with cheese.
- Sprinkle fresh basil and tomatoes from the garden, on top.
- Heat in saute pan until muffin is browned and cheese is melted.
