Ingredients
1 banana
5 kale leaves, ribs removed and washed
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup of tropical fruit (your preference)
1 cup milk, almond, rice or cowÍs
Time: 15 minutes
Blending fruit and kale together makes a delicious and power-packed smoothie. If Kale is not available, you can use spinach or any other leafy green available.
Preparation
- Wash kale and take leaves off ribs.
- Combine kale, milk, and yogurt and blend until kale is broken into smaller pieces.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smoothie consistency.
- If too thick add milk or water.
