Planeteer Alliance Program Manager
Becca Bullen (she/her) serves as the Program Manager for the Planeteer Alliance, leading growth and engagement of a global community of young changemakers, helping shape the next generation of climate leaders. She is deeply passionate about how people connect with the environment, how policy can drive meaningful action, and how to bring young people into decision-making spaces where their voices can create lasting change.
Becca earned her degree in Environmental Studies with a minor in Sociology from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, California. During her time there, she served as Head of the Sustainability Committee for the Student Senate, where she led initiatives to improve campus sustainability and environmental awareness. Her proudest accomplishment was the design and implementation of Lights Out: A Campus-Wide Electricity Competition, which raised student awareness around energy consumption and led to a 26,083 kWh reduction in monthly electricity use campus-wide.
She was also a student of the Au Sable Institute of Environmental Studies in Costa Rica, where she gained valuable fieldwork experience while studying tropical agriculture and sustainability and she holds a certificate in Business and Climate Change from Harvard Business School Online.
Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time outdoors—hiking, skiing, and surfing—and channels her creativity through writing and cooking.
