Kale Fruit Smoothie


1 banana
5 kale leaves, ribs removed and washed
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup of tropical fruit (your preference)
1 cup milk, almond, rice or cowÍs

Time: 15 minutes

Blending fruit and kale together makes a delicious and power-packed smoothie. If Kale is not available, you can use spinach or any other leafy green available.


  1. Wash kale and take leaves off ribs.
  2. Combine kale, milk, and yogurt and blend until kale is broken into smaller pieces.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smoothie consistency.
  4. If too thick add milk or water.
