1 small jicama or tart green apple
2 teaspoons honey
1 lime or 2 tablespoons of vinegar (optional)
A few pinches of chili powder

Preparation
- Slice cucumber and jicama (or apple) into 2-3 inch matchsticks. Alternatively, you can grate the produce or peel into ribbons. Whatever you decide, consistency is key.
- Juice lime.
- Whisk lime juice with honey.
- Toss with lime mixture.
- Add salt and chili powder to taste.
