1/2 Tbsp of unsalted butter
1/2 onion diced
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and drained well
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup of low sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup of low fat sour cream

Preparation
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic and saute for 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle in flour, stir and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook for 3-5 minutes until mixture thickens.
