
Mint tea is a natural digestive and a great cure for the common cold.

1 bunch fresh mint
16 ounces boiling water
Honey (optional)

Cups or mugs
Preparation
- Divide mint between two tall mugs, placing the leaves first into the cups.
- Fill each mug with hot water and let steep for five minutes before drinking.
- You can leave the mint in cup while drinking the tea.
- The mint tea is sweet and mellow enough without any sugar, but add a little squeeze of honey if you want to sweeten it up.
