Pan-fried Zukes

Grilled zucchini

Pan frying the zucchini and adding some herbs and seasoning makes them irresistible.

Recipe time: 30 minutes


4-6 zucchini
1 cup of flour
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Salt and pepper


Knives or cutters
Cutting boards
Paper towels
Mixing bowl


  1. Slice zucchini into rounds (or in french fry shape if you prefer).
  2. Coat pieces with flour and cheese (if using).
  3. Heat oil on pan.
  4. Test fry 1 zucchini – if it sizzles, then add more to the pan!
  5. Fry zucchini on both sides until golden brown.
  6. Remove from pan and drain on paper towel.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and any other herbs that please you.
