Radish Bruschetta


7-8 radishes
1 (4-ounce) tub of cream cheese
Toast or crackers
Salt & pepper
Optional: Cucumber

Time: 30 minutes

Radishes come in so many beautiful colors and patterns – they can make a very colorful and healthy snack with a tiny bite!


  1. Wash radishes thoroughly and remove the greens.
  2. Slice the radishes thinly or chop them up in small pieces.
  3. Spread cream cheese on the toast, top with a few pieces of radish.
  4. Add a little bit of salt and pepper to taste and serve.
