Radishes come in so many beautiful colors and patterns – they can make a very colorful and healthy snack with a tiny bite!
Radishes are a rich source of Vitamin C.
1 (4-ounce) tub of cream cheese
Toast or crackers
Salt & pepper
- Wash radishes thoroughly and remove the greens.
- Slice the radishes thinly or chop them up in small pieces.
- Spread cream cheese on the toast, top with a few pieces of radish.
- Add a little bit of salt and pepper to taste and serve.
