Rosemary Almonds


3 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 cups raw almonds

Try this protein rich snack, that brings out the refreshing rosemary flavor that will have kids wondering about the power of different herbs & spices.


  1. Melt butter in a large skillet pan.
  2. Mix seasoning into the butter, and then toss in almonds.
  3. Cook seasoned nuts for about 10-12 minutes, stirring once, until toasted and fragrant.
  4. Remove from heat and serve warm or at room temperature.
