Careshia Moore, Esq. (she/her), is a dedicated non-profit executive, educator, and consultant with a passion for empowering organizations to create impactful educational outcomes. With over 20 years of experience in leadership roles, including her former position as President and CEO of Usher’s New Look (UNL), founded by Usher Raymond IV, Ms. Moore has been instrumental in transforming the organizations and impacting the community. 

As a licensed attorney, advocate, and educator, Ms. Moore brings a wealth of expertise in strategic leadership, mentoring, and program and partnership development to the for-profit and non-profit sector. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to addressing the disparities among historically marginalized communities.

She founded Compete to Succeed Educational Resources, where she consults with for-profit and non-profit organizations, offering her insights and experience to help them strengthen their operations and programs, enhance their impact, and achieve their goals.

Ms. Moore holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Education and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida. She is a published author, with her first children’s book, Mikaela the Koala, and an upcoming book titled, Raising America: A Visual Celebration of Educators and Preparing Your Child to Compete to Succeed Against Privilege.  She has contributed to several other publications and is a sought-after keynote speaker and panelist.
