You can get a Project Learning Garden™ grant by filling out our application. Applications open in the fall in selected regions. You can subscribe to our PLG newsletter for future updates and information.

How can students participate in the Green Heart STEM Challenge?
Educators can register their students for the Green Heart STEM Challenge through our website when applications open in the fall. The Challenge begins in January, with final submissions due in March, giving students three (3) months to learn about the year’s environmental theme, identify a local challenge, and develop an innovative solution.
What benefits do students and educators receive by participating on the Green Heart STEM Challenge?
Students receive by participating:
A purpose-driven STEM Challenge where teams innovate to solve community problems.
Winning teams eligible for a $1,000 grant to put their IDEAS into ACTION and DO their project.
Winning teams receive mentorship from Accenture Project Managers during the Idea Incubator.
Bragging Rights!
Educators receive by participating:
$100 stipend to first ten (10) teachers whose teams submit Challenge *
$250 stipend to ten (10) Finale Teachers *
$1,000 1st prize; $500 2nd prize; $250 3rd prize teacher stipends *
