What is Planeteer Alliance?
The Planeteer Alliance is a youth-designed, youth-led global community for ages 10–25, empowering young people to turn their impatience for change into bold climate action. Members connect, learn, and lead environmental campaigns and events with peers from over 90 nations—with support, training, resources, and a safe space to collaborate.
What is PlaneteerHQ?
PlaneteerHQ is a safe, moderated online community where young people from around the world can:
- Connect and collaborate with peers
- Access tools and learning resources
- Register for live events and workshops
- Apply for grant funding opportunities
It’s your digital home base for learning, leading, and taking action. Join Planeteer Alliance.
Who can participate in Planeteer Alliance?
Any young person between the ages of 10–25 can join the Planeteer Alliance. Once you sign up, you’ll gain access to PlaneteerHQ, our online platform built just for young changemakers. Users under the age of 18 will be required to submit a waiver signed by their parent or guardian before gaining access. Join Planeteer Alliance.
How do I grow in the Planeteer Alliance?
You can “level up” in the Planeteer Alliance by progressing through our Ladder of Engagement — our roadmap for tracking your journey as a Planeteer.
As you move up the ladder, you’ll:
- Unlock new titles and digital badges
- Gain access to exclusive courses and resources
- Become eligible to apply for grant funding

Do I need to know about climate issues before signing up to Planeteer Alliance?
Not at all! The Planeteer Alliance welcomes everyone — whether you’re a seasoned climate activist or just beginning your journey.
One of your first steps as a Planeteer will be completing our Bootcamp course, which provides foundational knowledge about environmental challenges and practical solutions. It’s designed to give you the confidence and tools you need to get started.
What is Seasons of Solutions?
Every year, Planeteers around the world launch powerful, community-driven campaigns to tackle critical environmental issues—from fighting deforestation and reducing waste to influencing local environmental policies—with grant funding from Captain Planet Foundation to help bring their solutions to life.
