Wisdom Council
Abdou Gibba is a man from The Gambia who really cares about the earth. He wants to protect the environment and do something about climate change. Abdou Gibba is also very keen on helping young people become leaders and find solutions to the problems that affect the planet. As a member of the 2026 Planeteer Alliance Wisdom Council Abdou Gibba is working hard to make a difference. He believes that young people can make an impact when it comes to taking care of the earth and dealing with climate issues. Abdou Gibba is, about environmental protection and climate action and he wants to inspire others to join him in this effort.
Abdou is really into helping the environment. He works on things like stopping plastic pollution, managing waste and teaching people about living in a way that’s good for the earth. Abdou wants to help people in his community know about these issues. He does this work with a group called Planeteer Alliance and other groups that are made up of people. Abdous goal is to help young people in Africa have a say in what happens to the environment. He wants to support effective solutions to big environmental problems that affect the whole world. Abdou and the people he works with are focused on campaigns and youth-led initiatives, like the ones that deal with plastic pollution, waste management and sustainable lifestyles.
As a Wisdom Council member, Abdou is committed to mentoring peers, promoting environmental education, and strengthening youth engagement in climate action worldwide.
