Accuracy of Submission: We confirm that, to the best of our knowledge, the information provided in our submitted budget and all related forms is true, complete, and accurate. 2. Proper Use of Funds: We agree to use all funds awarded through the Implementation Grant strictly according to the submitted and approved budget. Any changes or reallocations must be communicated to and approved by the Green Heart STEM Challenge organizers in advance. 3. Reporting Requirements: By accepting this grant, we agree to submit two progress reports to Team Planet as follows: – The first report will be submitted three (3) months after receiving the grant. – The second report will be submitted six (6) months after receiving the grant 4. Accountability and Compliance: We understand that failure to comply with the terms of this agreement, including inaccurate reporting and inappropriate fund usage, may result in disqualification from future opportunities with the Captain Planet Foundation.
