Asheville elementary school uses plants as learning tool

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — Emma Elementary School’s learning garden will cover a wide range of topics. Dole Packaged Foods and Ingles partnered to donate the project Wednesday during a celebration. Kids will learn about caring for a garden and the importance of good nutrition, while enjoying the benefits of growing their own food.
