Sprouts Healthy Communities Foundation, a CPF partner, is celebrating outdoor learning this Earth Month with a special school garden grant! 24 schools from 24 cities will be selected to receive a garden build or a garden refresh from Sprouts team members this fall! Apply for your school or nominate a special school in your community, now through Wednesday, April 26.
