We partnered with Boxed and Dole Packaged Foods to bring the Project Learning Garden (PLG) program to Menchaca Elementary School in Austin, TX. 2nd and 3rd-grade students harvested romaine, butter lettuces, and cilantro from their garden. After making pineapple vinaigrette dressing everyone shared a wonderful salad.
